The provincial election is being held on Thursday June 7. Polling or Voting Places are open between 9am and 9pm.

Most people vote on election day however many choose to cast their ballot early if they will be out of town on election day or wish to avoid line-ups on election day.

Advance polls are open in four locations in the riding.

Steps to Making a Voting Plan

i) Be sure you’re on the voters list. Consult eregistration.elections.on.ca to confirm you’re on the list.

ii) If your name is on the list, you should receive a Voter Information Card in the mail sometime soon. Keep it in a safe place.

iii) Confirm you have the correct identification. There are several types of ID that work. Please read the information on the Elections Ontario Identification for Voting document.

iv) Decide if you’re going to vote at the advance polls (please see the addresses of the four advance voting places above), or on Election Day, June 7. Please visit the Elections Ontario – Voter Information Service for more information on where you should vote, based on your postal code.
